Situation: Ironside Advanced Dental is a specialist Prosthodontist based in Sydney. Dr Jim Ironside was looking to significantly increase his business by increasing the number of referrals he received, maximising the value of each client and increasing awareness of his premier practice.
Insight: We identified that Ironside Advanced Dental was a high-level player in the industry. Our strategies revolved around focusing the practice messages around trust, expertise, results and security. This was coupled with creating a wider sphere of information so prospects and patients were informed of the high-level services provided by the practice.
