Situation: Active Dental is a dental practice in Parramatta, NSW. The practice is broad with a long list of possible services. David Moffet, the practice principal, wanted to secure more leads, convert a greater percentage of leads, increase the value per customer and educate clients on the more complex treatments.
Insight: To satisfy the desired outcomes of the practice we had to create a solid package of web and marketing with an overarching strategy of getting to the top of Google for popular dental search terms. This was critical for the practice as Active Dental is competing with over 90 other dental practices servicing the Parramatta area.
This marketing would have be supported with other offline advertising to build credibility. The website itself would need to be informative and engaging to create interest from clients with strategies in place to market to prospects beyond their initial visit.
