Situation: Designer Dental is a cosmetic dental practice in Calamvale, in the outer Brisbane suburbs. The practice run by Dr Craig Duval was rapidly expanding with a growing number of services and accreditations. This needed to be communicated to the market to increase the client base and increase the demand for high-end cosmetic dental treatments
Insight: Designer Dental needed to start a marketing and education process. Marketing needed to generate the leads and education to create the connection between the demand and the service. A conscious decision was made to create a personal brand from the site in Dr Craig Duval as his expertise would be the key differentiator between his practice and the main competition.
The site and PR would have to be focused around the high-end qualifications and accreditations gained by Dr Duval to demonstrate the competitive advantage between his practice and the competition.
